My Super Glide is my 4th bike.

My 1st was an 81 Nighthawk 650, 2nd was an 84 Shadow 750, 3rd was an 01 Vstar 1100.

I started out on dirt bikes and then worked my way up to a 185 Honda Twinstar,traded that in on a 400 CB Honda Custom,got married and had a couple kids early so I didn't ride for a decade or so then got a Kawi 800,rode that for 5 years then finally got into my first Harley,a 1200 Custom,rode it for 2 years and then I bought my current ride a 2011 Superglide Custom.

Mom wouldn't allow one while I lived there, so I bought my first one after I moved out. Dad taught me on his '78 Yamaha DT175 that later got stolen and he hasn't had one since the early 90's, which I'm about to change for him this year I hope.

My Super Glide Custom was the first bike I owned. I still have it and have recently bought a Street Glide Special. Two very different bikes for different rides. Life is good!

I won't bore you with all the bikes I have owned as it is well over 40. I started riding in 1985 and bought my first Harley in 1995. Here is my Harley list, and I include Buell.
1988 Sportster 883-1200 conversion. Fast after all the work
1981 FXEF Fatbob. It was your typical shovel but also my favorite bike. Divorce made me sell this one.
1991 Sportster 883, all I could afford after divorce
1997 1200 Custom. Actually turned out to be a great bike.
1990 FXR. Bought off a friend, bad maintenance made it a constant work in progress. Only Harley that left me stranded.
2001 Buell cyclone, fun bike.
2003 Buell Firebolt. Favorite track bike ever
2004 VRSCB Vrod. Maybe the best Harley I have owned
2001 Softail Standard. Only Harley that tried to kill me.
2002 FXDXT. Good bike but I didn't give it enough of a chance.
1999 FXD, 97ci, engine is more S&S than Harley. My boys and I built this bike a few years back. Still in the garage as a daily rider.
