Go ahead get the stirrups, I put them on my forwards, it's like having floorboards, up shifting is smoother too. Got mine from J.C. Whitney, they are knock offs but fit great with Kuryakyn forwards, real nice finish on them too, about 50 bucks a pair. Hope this helps!

I'd love a set, but I drag the right peg a few times a week. I imagine the stirrups would be worn down to nubs in no time. Anyone dragging them?

I've only drug my pegs a couple times, but the end of the pegs hit before the stirrups do. This is Kuryakyn pegs and stirrups with forward controls.

I have a set of Kuy. switcblades on my bike and I love them. I can push them up for the single forward peg and on the highway I can pull them down for a heel rest. Very nice product and very easy to put on. Were not that expensive either. On the Hwy. they feel like floorboards. They also fold upward if you scrap the pegs.

Helps a ton, especially at highway speeds - if you set them up right you get hardly any strain on your feet and legs.

As everyone else has mentioned, they are great!

I put my forwards on this spring, was kinda uncomfortable, especially on the highway.
Got a set of stirups and wouldn't have it any other way.

I now have over 1000 miles this spring, had to adjust them twice to get them to be the perfect angle.

Also as mentioned, they really are like having floorboards, but not the bulk.
