Now that I chose my denim bob, I have a decision to make about exhaust. I'm choosing between the Big Radius or the Big Shot Staggered. Any suggestions or ideas? I want it to sound mean and LOUD. LOUD, but good. I haven't heard either, so I have no clue what they sound like.
I was faced with the same delima when I was shopping for exhausts for my Wide Glide. I went here for the Big Radius', and here for the Big Shots Staggered.. You can listen to both of them on those links. The BSS's have a bit more power but from what I can tell, they both sound about the same. I finally decided to go with neither and get the Python Staggered Duals from Ebay as they are made by V&H and the only difference is that the Python's don't have the end caps, they are more readily available, and they are about $100 less than the BSS's.
One of the reasons I went with the BSS was the crossover makes phor more power. I don't believe the Big Radius have that. If the Pythons do, then I'd probably recommend them.
i got some slip ons for now....itll hold me over. I'm gonna wait. hope they'll come out w/som more options. i really like the side shots or if Paul yaffe would do some crack pipes for the dyna i'll see what happens.. if not than i would go with the short shot staggered, i like the look of a short pipe

Yes, the Pythons have the power chamber. They are the exact same pipe as the BSS's but without the end cap.
For the Bob I personally would take the Big Shots. I just think they fit the style of bike better, but that's just me. From everyone I've talked to the Short Shots aren't good at making power. I really wanted that shorty look so I went with the Bassani Pro-Streets. They are supposed to be one of, if not the best 2 into 2 for making power.
i wish i could find a pic of someone running the big shot staggered on a bob. does anyone have any? see i think the big radius would look killer on the bob. i've never seen the bss on the bob though.
