I absolutely love that we, forum readers, can walk into a service department better informed than some of those that work there. Or, at the very least, better informed than 90% of most owners. This is SUCH an advantage. Not that this particular bulletin will affect us, but, it's great to show your knowledge to those whose hands your bike is left. We are less likely to get the runaround. Thanks so much for posting this.
