Got a temp gauge from Marlin's with a mount to put the Arlen Ness oil pressure gauge in also. Stuff is top notch, instead of head temp, im going to use the oil temp sensor. Not really much more than a "toy" but looks hot rod. So waiting Ness kit to arrive and get it finished up. Just thought i'd share.
I've got the Ness oil gauge, and have been looking at the head temp gauge.
Didn't know it was a either or option (as far as head temp or oil temp).
Brian, may I ask why you say it's not much more than a "toy"?
BTW, they make dandy inner right thighwarmers in the cold months, in the summer it may leave a mark....
Kent, I only say "toy" because ive tried to minimize things I put on the bike..."toy" is probably the wrong word anyways, "luxury" is more accurate. I got it originally with the head temp. but switched out to the oil temp. sensor because I thought Id rather know oil temp. You can get a switch to go back and forth between head temp. and oil temp. Nice stuff though either way.

Really, switch between both temps?!?!?!
Very cool. The best of both (temperature) worlds.
I may just take the plunge.
If I can ask one more, where did you buy thru, decent price?
Thank You,
