getting this code 0134 fr 02 sensor open. but i have the o2 eliminators installed with the pc3. anyone got an idea?

 

Check the connector, then use and ohm meter to see if it has any resistance. It should be the same reading as the other one witn a few ohms, if it is it is open, replace the resistor. ( only a few cents ) That way you don't have to wait for shipping back and forth.
