New Exhaust Samson !
Samson Legend Street Sweepers, Removed the baffles and installed torque cones.
Deep and Throaty, LOUD and Snarly....
Fired it up at 1:00am in the Garage.
Can't wait to ride in the Morning. Neighbors will have to get use to it!

I ride a lot with a buddy who has a Big Dog with Martin Bros. Dasiy Cutters with the baffles removed and I can't ever hear my Bike. LOL! But I do dig the 1 foot blue flames His S&S Shoots.
Now I might have a chance.[8D]

How the heck did you get the baffles out???
I don't even see baffles in mine...Must have been hell trying to pull anything out of those pipes with the bends at the end..
A picture of how the baffles look once you got them out would be nice to.....

The Heat shields are actually the turnout. Once you remove the heat shields the ends of the pipes are straight.
The pipe ends slip into the ends.
