Update-American Classic Motors
Ordered a Mustang seat on 5-13. On 5-17, I received an email saying that they have received payment and will be shipping in less than 4 days. I never received any further from them. They would not answer emails and you could never get them by phone. I requested my payment back by filing a dispute through paypal. The money was quickly credited back to my account. They said they had never received payment from paypal although they credited my account. I sent them a copy of the email showing where they received my payment and would be shipping to me in several days. I have since ordered the seat from the Mustang factory. I guess what pisses me off the most is the lack of communication from american classic motors. Not responding to emails and phone calls when they have your money is a very poor way of doing business. I will never order from them again. They have great prices but they need to deliver as well.
