Default up-date wrinkle mustang seat

I cant believe this is happening again. I cant understand why they don't fix this problem at Mustang.
I decided I'm sending my new wrinkled seat back to get another one from DK and she said to wright down that I had this same problem 2 years ago. She said to ask them to hand pic one before they send out the new one and they will do it. Because it has a defect all shipping is free. Last time it took Alex at Mustang to send me a good one...after 3 bad ones from Westendmotorsports. I hope it don't take 4 seats this time. I will up-date when I get my 2nd seat.

Got my 2nd seat from Dennis Kirk today.. looks great, no wrinkles. I can tell that D K did open it up to make sure there was no wrinkles in this one....Thank you Dennis Kirk.

Glad to hear it too. I've been injecting my wrinkled seat with Botox.

I can't believe after your first experience you didn't go with a different manufacturer. I would have.

I can understand why you would ask that. I have a back problem, I need a backrest no matter where I'm setting. I can go maybe 15 minutes on a bike before the pain gets bad. Mustang has the best backrest of any seat I can find. When my bike is parked and the backrest is folded down no one even notices I have one on my bike.
If I could have found a seat as comfortable with a great backrest like a Mustang, I probably wouldn't have got another Mustang. With my back I don't have a lot of choices. Other then this problem Mustang's are very good seats.

Instead of dealing with Dennis Kirk, why aren't you dealing direct with Mustang?

Secondly...is it possible you exceed the weight limits of the product which may be causing the wrinkling? just kidding.

I got my Mustang Seat from Dennis Kirk a while back and yea I remember it had a kind of wrinkle in it from being sort of bent up to fit in the box. It became unwrinkled pretty quick though and never thought about it again till now.
