Rear Break Noise
Gentlemen: I have a new 08 FXDC (about 700 miles). In the last couple of weeks my rear brake has started making noise when I apply it. Anyone know what that is and how to correct it?

Probably just brake dust. Trying using a clean dry rag and wipe the brake disk down. I was told and have seen many other post here on the forum that this is normal and once you clean them the noise will return in a couple of weeks.

If its to bad take it down or give your dealer a call. I have the same problem with both the front and rear brakes on my 08 Street Bob only 200 miles thus far and explained to the salesman I bought it from and that is the advice that he gave me.
