I wear my leather jacket, vents open, liner out \\;and keep well hydrated daily, it was 106 here today and always keep moving. I only really start to cook on the 2 miles of dirt road at 10mph getting to my house.

Lets see.. I wore my black leather vest, I had 8 beers the night before and did not hydrate myself, I am a diabetec.
I did check my sugar when I got home and it was normal. 110
Needless to say I have not riding my bike during the day since. I might go for a cruise tonight.

The heat can be hell. I ride 50 miles to work, at 4 PM, and this summer, it just seems worse. A couple of guys at work that ride have \\; cool vests, and it seems to work, so I ordered one. It's in the mail, so I should know within the week whether is was worth the $40.
