Does anyone know if those will work on an 06? I thought I saw someone do it here with no problems but the dealer said they changed the wiring from 06 to 07 so it won't work. So anyone know for sure?

Thanks, I was hopeing that it was just a matter of changing out a connector or some soldering... I'm just not a big fan of the handlebar clamp mounted tachs.
I put one on my 06 SuperGlide several months ago, when HD first put them in the catalog. Totally plug and play. Don't think it would be any different on the Bob.
Gained a tach, clock, 6th gear light, and 600 assorted colors.
 \\;
Nothing to change, and no adaptors, etc.
Are these sealed better than the OEM speedos on the Street Bobs? \\; I would be a little PO'ed if I dropped 500 bucks for a combo speedo/tach/humidor.
i also did a version of the low rider conversion but i have to say i really like the duel in one guage, i dont like having to look that far down to follow my guage, i am going to have to add a shift light, i dont know why, just cause it would be cool, but i like your set up much better! very clean and the guage looks coool
chicago have them for 399 and its a great unit, works really well and makes a big diff to me to finally get a tacho back,, i also like the "gas left" function, seems to work real well...
 \\;
Hey Pete - I wish you'd stop going on about the 'gas left' function. \\; You're making me think about upgrading to an '08 / '09 model .
How does the milage thing work? \\;\\\\\\;  \\;\\\\\\;Are you starting from 0 miles or do they put in what you tell them you've got on your bike now?
 \\;
It only works on the '08s and up - you initialise it by filling the tank and its like a car computer, it works out based on how much gas is in the tank and takes into account \\;your riding style and then works out how many miles you have left and pops the gas light on at around 30 miles to go. \\; It gets more accurate over time - must use the tacho to figure out how you are riding and makes a prediction based on that.
