They are only about $100 more than the Harley kit but look much nicer and you don't have to use the stock pegs.

I have no first hand knowledge, but as a general rule Dennis Kirk, and Drag Specialties are top of the line stuff. I wouldn't be afraid to get them.

If you haven't already, watch Ebay auctions. I've seen some good deals on Fwd-controls. Some of DK's too.

 

Thanx for the input, guys. I'll keep a lookout on ebay. Heaven help me, my wife found out about ebay about two weeks ago. On the other hand, if I do find a set of these on ebay, I might just be able to sneek them in under her noise level and not have to put up with any third degree about, "do you really need all this crap for your Chrome Mistress."

What do you get with the kit?

This is what I ran into. HD forwards stock pegs.
Then had to buy pegs $$$
Of course new grips and Passenger pegs to match.$$$$$$
Had to get the new Shifter **** and Foot brake pad. $$$$$
OHHHH and the stock bots on the pegs are shitty , have to buy new ones, chrome or stainless $$$$

What kind of bike do you have. These type of forward controls are junk Brother. All they are is plate metal that is chromed. The chrome flakes easily and the mechanics of them get loose and start rattling after a while. I suggest some nice Billet Aluminum ones From Legends. They are priced right and they are of great quality. Let me know. Kevin
