I have a silhouette I just took off my bike before the trade.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; It is like new.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Let me know if interested.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; The only difference between the two seats is the stitching.
&nbsp\\;
Would of but I ordered one last night.

In my experience, it is surprisingly at least as comfortable as the stock dyna solos and looks much better.&nbsp\\; It's not a touring seat and not marketed as a touring seat.&nbsp\\; After about 45 minutes to an hour of riding, I'm ready to stand up for a few minutes before I can comfortable get going again.&nbsp\\; I don't have the gel version but I'm not sure it would make a huge difference given the thickness of the seat.&nbsp\\; The riding position it puts me in can't be matched by anything else though - I really like it.&nbsp\\; But for long trips, I'd definitely use a different seat.

I like the look and riding position that the LePera gives me over the HD Brawler Solo that I had on my bike.&nbsp\\; The Brawler sits too tall and pushes me about 1-2 inches too far forward.&nbsp\\; I found myself sitting on the back edge of the seat.&nbsp\\; Like everyone else has stated, the Barebones is not a long distance rider.&nbsp\\; For that comfort, I'll use the stock Low Rider seat that I bought for my wife (yes, she didn't like the lack of comfort with the Sidekick Custom...and to think it all started because I bought her a backrest...that wasn't good enough...lol).

stock seat was not as comfortable as my barebones , its an awesome seat and can happily run all day with no issues at all

Well if its at least close to as comfortable to me as stock then I will be very happy.
&nbsp\\;
Most my riding is local along with day trips of about 300 miles total with frequent stops so should be good.

To&nbsp\\;me its the same comfort as my stock seat. I'd be interested to know the weight of the guys that say they can ride all day on it. I have the Barebones with the Gel insert and after about an hour I've had it. I'm 235lbs...
