Ok did a search and alot of reading but all the threads I read compared the Lepera against other after market seats. I never rode any other after market seat so that doesnt help my any.
 \\;
So how is its comfort compared to the stock harley solo seat. Thanks
Lapera looks cool no doubt but long haul it will whip your A__. I went with a corbin classic solo with stiching (to kind of dress it up) and afer 1K I have to say it's at least 10 times better than stock.
I don't have a Dyna but i do have a barebones with gel. 100 miles or less no problem........after 100 miles it's a brick......theres no getting around it......... it's a brick........I love the look......Hate the long haul comfort . \\; \\; A 400mile trip last month brused my tailbone to the point i had to sit very softly for a week. This is my experence, i'm shure others will differ
Comfort is a pretty subjective thing.I ride 50 mi a day commuting and another 100 or so on weekend joy rides for that it's plenty comfortable.To put it another way it's good for about 100 mi which is about how far I want to ride without a break anyway.I don't think it's any more or less comfy than the stock seat just better looking.
Ok went to order one and saw the \\;\\\\\\;silhouette solo.
 \\;\\\\\\;
Whats the difference between it and the barebones? Lepera site doesnt really say it just looks like its a little thicker maybe?
I have a silhouette I just took off my bike before the trade. \\; It is like new. \\; Let me know if interested. \\; The only difference between the two seats is the stitching.
