Has anyone ordered from gopartsdirect.com and if so have you had issues with them? \\; I am enjoying a bad expierence with this online retailer and if others have had issues then I wanted to pass along that you may want to go with a different company.
 \\;
Back story, I ordered pipes 10 buisness days \\;ago that were in-stock and have been told twice that they are on the loading dock ready to go to UPS. \\; Also, the customer service rep on the phone was ornery with me for my inquiry.
I ordered from them once about 2-3 years ago. \\; Received good service. \\; However, I have seen other people with complaints similar to yours.
I've had LOTS of problems with these people. \\; STAY AWAY! \\; The only way I could get real help was to call the manufacturer of the slipons that I bought (V&\\;H). \\; They were very helpful and accomodating.
If I remember correctly, they were ALSO not impressed with things they've heard about gopartsdirect.
 \\;
The "cheaper" price is NOT worth it.

That's very diplomatic..."enjoying" a bad experience. \\;Hope they get there crap together. BTW- welcome to the forum from S. GA.
I had problems with them also. Even nasty emails back from them when I was checking on why something hadnt shipped yet. Stay clear of this company. I orderd from them twice about a year apart and both time had alot of headaches getting my parts.
I got my pipes from them in a decent amount of time, but I did call them once during the order and they weren't exactly customer friendly. \\; Eastern Performance is better.
