Anyone have one of these? My better half gave me the go ahead for a bike. I was looking for a used Street Bob or Low Rider, but came across a 2006 Anniv Super Glide with only 103 miles on it for $13500. \\;An older guy bought it new and can't ride it due to a problem with his hip. He had it lowered an inch, put on an HD quick change windshield, and added a couple pieces of chrome. He's gonna hold it until I get there tomorrow. \\; Anyone know of problems with this model, things I should ask/look for. \\; Any help is greatly appreciated. \\;

i've had one for a few months, pretty much same scenario, used, low miles (201)... i put on forward controls, i'm 6'4". thinking about changing the bars but it's hard to change too much to it since it's 1 of 3500. overall i think it's a great bike, i've ridden it for hours on the highway, and had fun with it in the twisties... then again what's to complain about? it reminded me of evel knievel the first moment i saw it and i was sold...

You can buy an 08 FXDC for the same or less and you'll be getting a bit more for your money in terms of 96ci motor and I'm not sure if the 06 had a 5-speed or 6-speed.

Check out the prices on 08 FXDCs and look close at the bikes before you buy.
