Cylinders Bored 10 over engine wont turn over

Does the crank case openings for a 1996 FXD Evo 1340 have to be bored out 10 over to accommodate the new 10 over pistons I reassembled the engine and it will not turn over pistons move up when I rotate the rear tire in 5th gear but when the go down they seem to bottom out?

Are you sure the pushrods are put back in the right position........long and short?

The pushrods are not installed they aftermarket MADDOG performance adjustable P rods shorter is intake and longer is exhaust correct?

.5 over bore screaming eagle high compression pistons skirt hitting?

i am assuming you don't have the spark plug in and you reinsatlled your new pistons in the proper oreintation? take it back apart and check your work.

??????? 5 overbore pistons? , why did you have it bored 10 over? piston should fall through the jug.
