the street price difference between the fuelpak and PCIII is about $80.
install is roughly the same. \\; PCIII requires a map load, but at least one seller will do this for you.
PCIII is infinitely more adjustable, and is not limited to V&\\;H pipes.

Also the fuel pak is NOT just for Vance and Hines pipes they have many other brands on the list, and for the combinations not listed you can email them for the configs. \\; I think it is versatile, maybe not as infinitely changable as the PCIII.
