Default Need help quick

A friend of mine just bought a '95 lowrider (fxdl) w/25000 miles on it. It has a vibration at 1800 to1950rpm in the engine, this occurs in all gears and in neutral.I'm thinking plugs and wires. It has been stored for 2 yrs and the prior owner sprayed oil&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;in the cylinders.Any suggestions would be appreciated.Bike is bone stock.Thanks...Captain M.&nbsp\\;

Check motor mounts and rubber isolators...after 25K miles and being stored for 2 years I would imagine they are likely fairly dried out and may need to be replaced.

How about you're lugging the motor at under 2500 RPM??
&nbsp\\;
Bet it really smoothes out around 3k.
&nbsp\\;
I've just sold a 94FXDL that I rode forever. Smooth as silk from about 2500 on. Great riding motorcycle.

My suggestion is to take it into the Stealership and have a technician evaluate it.&nbsp\\; I'm leaning more towards the lugging the engine if your friend is an inexperienced rider or used to riding something else. How severe is it? At under 2000 rpm's it crucial to be down low in the gear range.
