I made the same Poll not too long ago and it was SERT that got the most votes. the price is what id killing me at this point. I put my pipes on it and ran into some finanacial "tightness" and cant afford the SERT for a few weeks. I dont want to screw up the bike so now I sit on a bike that I can't ride till I can free up some cash. anyway- i just wanted to show you my poll so you can read that one too

ALex,
I'm no expert, but ride that Bob. You are not going to screw it up, it might run a little lean, but it won't break. The SERT will make it run better, but you are not going to do any damage.

are you sure? I took a small ride yeterday and it sounded like someone popping off a few rounds from their .357 on decel. I'd hate to screw it up.

Did you add new pipes or A/C yourself?? I have SEII pipes and SE A/C with a Stage 1 that the dealer did and I have no problems. If the dealer installed then everything is under warranty anyway. The SERT will make your bike run better, but stock it should be fine. The SERT is not a must only an add-on for better performance.
