Sorry to hear that, my experience with Chicago has been the opposite. I find the part numbers I want in the catalogue or on HD's website, plug them in to Chicago's site and they come up 20% cheaper and no tax (albeit shipping usually equals tax). I've ordered 4X from them and with one exception, every thing was at my casa in 4-5 weeks. I'm willing to wait for the savings. If I need something bad, I go elsewhere. Also, Chicago called me when I ordered my speedo/tach combo and asked me what to set the mileage too (BTW: I saved $100 ordering that unit through them).
