Default Sputtering at low RPMs

Recently my bike has been sputtering at low RPMs in multiple gears. I searched the forums and found that some riders have had this problem as well. I found on here that the most common problem was either a bad fuel injector or a wire problem related to either the fuel injectors or the fuel pump. My question is; since I'm no motorcycle tech and I know more about cars the bikes, would it be hard for me to fix this problem myself or should I take it in to the dealer? My second question, if I can do it myself, where are the fuel injectors located? I know that this might sound like a stupid question but I looked on my bike and couldn't find them. I have a 2007 Street Bob with a 103" Stage 2 Big bore kit, PCIII usb, and Vance and Hines Big Radius 2-1 if that helps any. Any help that you all could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

So I searched the forum and found how to do a diagnostics test on my bike. I had two codes come up for the ECM/ICM. P0131: Front O2 Sensor low (lean) and P0152: rear O2 sensor high (rich). Does anyone know what would cause this and how I can fix it? Sounds to me like I may need to remap my PCIII but that doesn't make sense because the dealer mapped it for me. Any help would be great.

How low of RPM's? How fast in what gear? Does it stutter or shutter or just not sound right?

It happens in 3rd gear at 35-40 MPH and is even worse in 6th gear at 65-70 MPH but it also happens in 5th gear as well. I don't have a tach but I'm guessing it around 2500-3000 rpms.

Based on those codes I would recommend you remap it. Just because a dealer mapped it doesn't mean it is correct. You may want to switch brands of fuel first just to be sure it is not just a tank of bad fuel. If it is not the fuel and since your front jug is lean and rear jug is rich you may want to do an intake manifold leak test with a propane torch as well since it is easy to do. With the bike running ( idle) and warmed up take an UNLIT propane torch and direct the gas flow around the base of the intake gasket. If your idle changes up or down you have a leak. I recommend you slip a rubber hose ove the torch end to make this easier to do. Takes 2 minutes.

With your setup and mods and a 2-1 exhaust you really should get the bike dyno tuned if your dealer didn't put it on the dyno. How long/miles have you run with the current dealer map?

Not sure with the 6 speed trans, but at 35-40 in 3rd I would say you are lugging the motor and well below 2500 RPM. I have a 5 speed so again, I may be wrong there, but it sounds like a lugging motor may be PART of the issue.

O2 sensor errors with O2 eliminators seems a bit odd. I'm not sure how that part of the power commander works though.

I have ran this map from the dealer for about 6 months and this all started happening only 1.5 weeks ago. It started right afiter I filled up my bike too so it may be a bad tank of gas. I'll try that intake leak test tonight and see if I find anything. Thank you guys for all your help.

If it is bad gas run 3 ounces of redline S-1 or Chevron techron with a full tank of 91-93 octane through the system to clean it out. You can get one of those 2 cleaners at autozone or advance auto parts. Note the engine may run a bit off while the cleaner is working. But either will clean the fuel injector nozzles well.

Lugging won't throw a code but the PCIII will.
