looking for different AC cover....
...anyone know if this will fit over a Harley Stage 1 set up?

Hell for that much, I just bought a Harley one today that has Harley Davidson 88 CI twin Cam on it for $30.
I think it looks sweet. If you want black then paint it! Save the extra $30.
As for your question, I do believe it will fit. I have the AN, just put on today! and it should fit.

The one you found on eBay will work with the Harley or Arlen Ness stage one kits. Here's a bunch of Harley covers:
