try this.... loosen the bars and run them so the bar is 90º to the ground...that'll give you more height and room...
looking at your sig if you go much higher you will go illegal (hands above shoulders)
Unless your state does not have a restriction on handlebar height.
procedure for tightening your clamps back up ....
tighten rear bolts down first till the top risers touch the bottom ... torque foward bolts to 12-15 ft-lbs then torque rear to 12-15 ft-lbs.
