According to HD the same fork clamp works from 93-05, so 2000 is the same as 2005 - 41 mm

Per this, I believe they are 39mm. States " FITS: 2000 UP XL SPORTERS AND DYNA MODELS WITH 39MM FORKS"

Well the only Dyna that has 41's is the WG prior to 06, so what they show is true, but not for Wide Glides, that is why is says Dyna's with 39 mm and does not mention WG's.. WG forks are certainly bigger than Sporty forks.
