replacing pipes

I have Hooker pipes that i am sure Delaware won't pass (noise). so i have bought a set of stock pipes to put on to run thru inspection lanes. Can anyone tell me what to torque the exhaust bolts/nuts to when i put the stock pipes back on?

Your final torque should be 60 - 80 inch-lbs.
