Remember sometimes people ask questions for more than just answers. Often they are looking for interaction. This isn't just a question and answer forum, it's also a place where people get known by their posts and get to (kind of) know others.
If I only wanted dry answers I'd call the dealer ... HE has my money!! :-) Or read my manual. I'm a member of the forum to interact with other forum members!

My feelings on things...
1. If everyone searched there would be no new posts.
2. The search feature SUCKS. It's why no one uses it.
3. If you don't like a post, please do not read or answer.
4. The site is free... let it be what it is.
5. I like it just the way it is.
6. People like to bitch.
7. I'm an azz for posting to this thread.
8. The Google girl above made this seemingly worthless thread totally worth it.
Thus the beauty of the forum.

OK - but can you tell me if its OK to wash my bike with water? oh and while you're at it my bike ran out of gas the other day....do I need to buy a new one or is there some way to put new gas in?
ahhh all haters... i was only posting this cause i have rec ? on how i find all my links that i post when people have ?'s... keep hating does not bother me one bit.. above is so spot on it is cracking me up! if i put on pipes do i have to remap? what kind of windshield... or my favorite, WHAT IS THE BEST OIL TO USE.

The search function does need to be better but if you go into advanced search and limit your search more it works much better.
That said even after i search I usually still post my question.
A answer from some one a year ago, that no longer posts doesnt hold much weight with me. I have a general idea of the people who post reguarly now, on if I trust there opinion or not. So would like to hear from them.
Most the topics that are asked everyday come from newer people and we should welcome them.
