Same here Chris, even though I'm not real pleased with how they have held up considering I don't ride real agressive (ocassionaly) like I used to.

Glad you still have your bike.

Thanks Guys, I have just completed 2000 miles in 2 months, riding one day a week, the tire still looks new, so it looks like it will be nearly a year before I will need to change my tires,

The new tread pattern on the fat bobs Dunlop are pretty tough. Im on my 3rd rear, 12 and 11 grand on them before changing, optimally ten grand but I like to get all I can out of them. just put on my 2nd front at 23000. They cost me 173 for the rear and 116 for the front and I can lean over till I scrape so I see no reason to try any others.

I have a 2007 fxdl and I have already replaced one rear, and already need another one. I am only getting 5200 miles on the stock flops. I ordered Michelins to replace front and back, maybe I'll have better luck with them.

I've used the stock 150x80x16 dunlop about nine times and tried the avon venom once. the avon worked real nice but lasted 6200, where the dunlops last about 85-9000. I put the avon on the front, 90x90x21, one size bigger than stock and have about 20k on it and there is still lots of tread but the side are beginning to get hairline cracks---jack

Should get 10,000 out of a rear and 12-15000 out of a front.
