Default Primary cover seepage

I recently had the 25000 mile service done on my bike and went ahead and had them change the primary gasket since there was a little evidence of seepage around the cover. Anyway, since I picked it up I'm now getting seepage from around the inspection cover screws. From the appearance, it seems to be coming from the screws and not the edges. Can anyone tell me if they were supposed to replace the screws or apply some sort of sealant to the threads?

Any input would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks,

Mike

My Dyna came with an O-ring behind the cover, but when I got a parts kit to change the primary oil I got a gasket which is the same size as the cover for total coverage. It is easy to fix. Make them do it.

The red o-ring is the correct gasket and the torx screws need to be torqued in to prevent seepage. No big deal a cave man could do it. Take it back and make them do it right. Then never let them do it again. JMO
