Update... well thanks to mjsawatzky I have a wrinkle black sissybar sideplate that looks factory done!!!
if anyone wishes to paint something wrinkle... shake can for 5 min. then do about 6 coats... At first the coats will look terrible but keep coating and the wrinkle tightens to look just like it does from the factory!!!
I let it air dry overnight and it is soft (Florida humidity) so the piece is baking in my oven as I type this...(smells like crap but the smell is gone soon after done.)
bake at 250º for an hour or two.
