Default adding to the stable

if all goes as planned the wife and I will be catching a train up north 125 miles and riding this Police Road King back on Saturday. Considered selling or trading in the Dyna for a newer/more $ model and even gave her a spit bath for some pic's but then stepped back and admired all that I've done to it and realized I couldn't do it. so I set my sights a little lower, found a 2001 RK and worked it so I can have both. It's going to need paint and allot of deKROMing so let the mods begin.

Nice, why choose when you can have both?

Personally, i would keep the RK white and the Dyna blacked out. Go for the whole white knight, dark knight thing to match my mood for the day.

I knew you would get rid of the dyna. Good luck, hope it works out for you. Your going to have alot of de-chromeing to do.

I'm kinda leaning toward denim pewter. might have to see if the photo shop guys can help me decide. the painter at work said he would paint the tins for $300 and i think I'm gona trade the bags for leather covered like on the RK Classic
