I only run 93 or better Im going to have to check the bolts again I think that I torqued them to specs and used never cease but I will have to check again. Once I do that Then I will put the map back in to see if it works better.

Add fuel to the 0% throttle position slots from about 1500 to redline and see if that helps. That's what I had to do to quiet my bad popping on decel. I'd start with 10 and keep increasing it by 10 till it gets better then fine tune it.

Yea I added 10 at a time. It won't hurt anything it will just use more gas. As soon as the popping is reduced try lowering the numbers a little at a time till you get the lowest numbers (less gas wasted) and least amount of popping.
If raising the numbers doesn't help try going the other way and lowering them instead. If that still doesn't help you have other problems like an exhaust leak or something.

I used PigInaBlanket's method after reading it in another post by him, it worked great for me. I Got a map from dynojet web page and tuned it by the seat of my pants to fit n it is great. Take some time and fiddle about just save your changed map so you can revert if needed, it took me about a month to get my Fat Bob running stock pipes with no baffles to roll right but Im very happy with the end result till I get my thunderheader.
Talk about LOUD,
