Hello all,
I need Windshields, decided to buy Memphis. Now,

What size: I think 19 inch should do good for h/w use? Any pros and cons? Does anyone like 21inch better than 19inch? reasons
#2
Terms: see link
<here>
What does 7 inch CUTOUT mean?
#3
By looking and by reading the item description
<here> I feel that this quick release hardware should work good with this windshield
<here>. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks and appreciate any help.

The 7 inch cutout on that Memphis Shades Fat is talking about the cutout for the headlight.
I have the Memphis Shades Rio Grande sportshield which is 21" wide x 19" high. I wouldn't want it any taller personally and it works as good as it looks.

The quick detach hardware is very nice and easy to work with. The only downside is that it leaves some hardware behind on your bike's forks when the windshield is off. Not anything big but some people might not like it. Here's what the hardware left on the bike looks like...

For 30 years, and several different bikes I have used shields which I could look through, not over. If you can look over it you will have to live with the wind buffing. The old cliche that one must over the shield does not apply to modern shields that are designed to look through. What little rain I ride in the water just rolls off due to good wax.
