Xied's or whatever they are called
what is the deal with the xied's, im not sure what they are. does this take place of a PC or what, i have aftermarket exhaust. would the xieds help with that so i dont have to fork out all that money for a PC?

They richen the fuel mixture. The 07's and later with the 02 sensors run very very lean READ: hot- from the factory. Richen the mixture, cool the motor. Big difference on my bike. Does NOT take the place of pc, sert, etc.

I've got an 08 Bob with V&H slipons. The XiEDs are what I installed 5k miles ago and they do exactly as advertised. I've noticed more low end torque and a healthier sound from the exhaust. The X14s weren't available when I got mine but I would suspect they'd work just as well and in some cases maybe better.
Call Steve at Nightrider. He'll take all the time necessary to make sure you understand what they do and how they work. I'd go by his recommendation.

go for XIED it offers the best AFR ratio of 13.8 down from 14.6 or higher if u got slip ons. You will run cooler & perform better.
