Windshield Option
I bought the HD compact windshield (standard height) along with my '09 Street Bob. Couldn't stand riding with it, the lip of the windshield was right in my line of sight and the buffeting drove me nuts. I really like how the windshield mounts where no hardware is left behind. After doing a little research I decided to order one of the Memphis Shades replacement windshield in a shorter height (17"). It was just under $60 so I figured it would be worth a try.
The new windshield came in today, it's a couple of inches shorter, is slightly wider at the top and it has a greater thickness. Much better for my height, and not sure why but the buffeting has reduced quite a bit and is actually tolerable now (lowers will come later).
Anyway, for those of you who aren't happy with the HD windshield it's an option where you can keep the original hardware.
It's dark out now but if anyone wants I can try and take some photos tomorrow.

For you guy's looking for replacement windshields only,not the hardware,this is a great source. They make standard or custom sizes,do engraving on the shield and offer several different tints and the prices seem pretty fair.
