T27, just snug it good when you tighten it and keep an eye on the gasket too

You might want to get some replacement fasteners just in case you have to go to step two. If you use loctite, use the blue removable.

no reason whatsoever to even use locktight on clutch cover.like the other guy said he just snugs em good.get rid of your trq wrench for fluid changes

I learned a long time ago to replace everything on my bike with ss socket head. That solved a lot of problens on down the road.

Napa has a good 1/4 inch drive T27 that i have had good luck with just picked another one up today they are $5.09 with tax. Last one is still good i just cut it down and used it in a flat handled driver to get that dam exhuast plate mount off from under the bike.

+2 on that. Next time I have to take mine off stainless socket head cap screws are going in. Just takes an allen wrench.

the t-27 is the main tool for harley.if you dont have one get one .

Biggest mistake made is usually trying T25. T27 never comes in a set and can be a little hard to find. A guy at sears told me no such thing till I showed him empty spot for it on shelf. Wound up stopping the Snap On guy and buying one
