I put the 180 tire on my '08 Superglide today(no kit, just the tire), and noticed the tire sits off-center to the right about 3/16 of an inch. It only clears the right side of the fender by about 1/16-1/8 of an inch. Is this normal? It looks like the tire is centered on the pics of other bikes I've seen posted here. I don't know of any SG's here that have the 180 on them, so I don't have any reference available locally.
I don't remember the 160 being off-center, but I assume that it was since the spacers are back where they were originally(couldn't swap them, anyways). The belt tracks fine, although closer to the outside of the sprocket than the center.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and are there different size spacers available to correct it and do I even need to worry about it.
Thanks.

The proper alignment of the rear wheel should be determined by measuring the distance from the pinholes drilled in the side of the swingarm to the dimples in the center of the rear axle. If this distance is equal on each side, your wheel is in alignment. If it appears otherwise, you probably has an issue with fender aligment.

The wheel is in alignment, and the fender is parallel to the wheel and tire. The tire/wheel appears offset to the right side of the bike, as if the spacers aren't correct. Measuring front and rear from the side of the fender is equal distance.
Just a thought, the fender itself has spacers make sure both of them are in place. If nothing else it would be pretty simple to adjust the position of the fender side to side with a few washers.I took mine off and bolted the fender flush to the rails to hide the wiring I never noticed any offset.
