Default new air cleaner?

I currently have the stock air cleaner on my 08 Fat Bob. I'd like to get a smaller air cleaner and cover (something like the round one on the Cross Bones), but I don't want increased air flow. All of the smaller air cleaners and covers I've seen increase air flow. Any suggestions?

Thanks

I hate the stock football on mine too. All of the aftermarket setups do increase airflow and by rights one should have a tune of some kind so the bike does not run lean after wards. In the under $50 mods list one of the guys made a air cleaner with a paper element from a $20 dollar chrome air filter setup meant to go on a car.

It is agreed by most that any modification to the A/C without some sort of a tune is taking a chance of running your motor too lean. There is no aftermarket product that is made to improve the looks that does not increase the air flow as far as I have found.

thats what i'm looking for, an aftermarket aircleaner that still uses a stock element so I would assume no tune would be needed

The stock element is not small, and it's odd shaped.

yes the element is semicircular and about an inch and a half thick maby i could use an earlier model backing plate and come up with some sort of cover

You are SOL because removing the plastic backing plate from the stock cover causes the increased air flow. Just do a Stage1 and get it over with. Very easy.
