I'm wondering if any of you have experience with mustang seats I have the stock seat and pillion for my 06 bob and hate
everything about it. mustang just came out with the 06 dyna seats and am looking into the square back. my question is
are they comfortable for me and my wife(she rides with me a lot) and also has any one seen the square back on any model
and can tell me how it looks having not seen one before Ill go with your opinions.
The Wife and I both like ours.....
But its on a 98, not an 06..... but I doubt the feel/quality has changed much.
I really did not like the "Looks" of mine at first, but after awhile I have come to like it.
I dont see many bikes similar to mine, with a similar style seat so it adds to the "unique" look.
I got the 06 Mustang Vintage solo seat on my low rider. It is definitely a much more comfortable seat than the stock I had and it broke in fairly quickly (200 miles). I'm able to go over speed bumps without lifting my *** of the seat. The longest ride on it so far was 2 hours and had no problems at all.
I think Mustang makes the most confortable seats for harleys.
I have the mustang touring seat on my 06 Bob. Me and my lady friend like it alot compared to the stock seat and pillion. On long rides, it does not hurt our asses.
I had a mustang wide vintage on the sportster an just bought 1 for my 06 lowrider its a cant live with out thing for me Iv had the best of luck with them wife really like them to
I agree about the Mustang seats. Nice bike, what kind of rack is that on the rear fender? Did you have to drill the fender to mount it? It looks like the look I want. Thanks.
I can attest to the comfort of the Vintage Solo, can't say anything about the wide Vintage. One of the best things I ever got for the bike, great on those long trips. I also have a custom seat made by Bar Enterprises in CA (harleyseats.com) which is also very comfortable while giving the bike a whole different look that the Mustang.
I have a Mustang seat with the removable backrest, on my 99 Dyna.
I have had it for 2 years and could not go back to a stock seat, it is lower than the origional and definately more comfortable on long trips.
