Its really not a huge deal.. I think the guy was just asking.. But like said if your building a show bike and you want to do a twist clutch, jokey shift etc.. The front brake has to go.... But for a everyday Harley fornt brake is needed

I was watching Easy Rider the other day with my son (movie didn't age well.) For some reason the first thing I noticed was that Captain America didn't have a front brake.
In '83 I had one of those chops that was raked, extended tubes, and no front brake. It looked real cool right up to the day a mustang turned left in front of me. The drum on the rear wheel managed to slow me to about 20 before I hit the left front fender. I remember looking down on the hood of that rusty old mustang as I flew over the top of the car and wondering how in the world I was seeing the car from that angle. These days my FXDX has duel front rotors and I would put two more on it if I could find a place to bolt them up.
