Question was asked about wind protection. I just put my 1/4 fairing with laminar lip on this past week (with a lot of help from icecap). Not the same protection that you get from a sport windshield but much better than riding without. Creates a nice pocket to ride behind but you still feel like your riding something in the open going fast. I really feel it adds form and function to my bike.

All my bikes before this one had a small fairing like those featured... I never noticed much protection as I did ride a couple of my bike at one point or the other with the fairing unattached. I think I'll stick with my non fairing Harley... trying to remember exactally which character rode a Dyna in wild hogs...LOL.
Oh I do think Last saints, etc. bikes look awesome.

I'm not a goth or anything like that but, I've ALWAYS favored black. I've never liked shiny, its just too "LOOK AT ME!" and I've never been one for alot of attention. I'm in the process of blacking out my Dyna. I just like that whole "Outlaw" look to the bike too and thanks for that address, I've been searching for those fairings forever.

 

i dont know, im tired of hearing the bashing of SOA. is it a cheesy soap? yes, it is. but its TV, give it a rest, it's for entertainment. do i like the 1/4 fairings on the show? yes i do, would i get one? maybe. I was doing apes and black long before it was oh so cool and ill continue to do it because thats what I like. the only opinion that matters is your own, ride what you like.

 

I'm with Bandit...I have an 09 Fat Bob and I just wish I could get some wind protection without having to buy a windshield. I think all that glass on a bike that looks as hooligan as a black denim Fat Bob is a contradiction. Been looking into getting an arlen ness type cowling fabricated because I can't find one that will fit. Sons of Anarchy envy is not the issue at all. I read in Iron Horse that none of those dudes had ever even been on a bike before. I've been riding bikes, many with quarter fairings, for over 30 years.
