You're not the only one! A few months back I posted pics of the same thing. I clean my bike once ever 2-3 days to get the Hawaiian salt off it so there's no way it's inattention causing the problem.

I may just have to take it to the dealer and plead my case.

Mine had the same problem. I was told by my local stealer is that there was a problem with the powder coat job on them.

Thought I'd throw this in:

Went to the dealer about the forks and, without hesitation, they agreed to replace the lower forks under warranty.
