Oh, and their shipping address is a residential address.
It's not set up in someone's house. It is in a business park like place. They have a small show room and a warehouse full of bikes and then a back section for service work.
I bought a Mustang Wide Vintage solo seat from them on eBay. Paid immediately through PayPal. Got an e-mail from them saying that not only did they not have it, they weren't going to get it, either - so they were refunding my money to PayPal. They also wanted me to agree to a "mutual withdrawal" of the transaction, which I found out later saves them having to pay eBay their percentage of the transaction. Since I have this strange idea that when one puts something up for sale that they should actually have the item they're selling, I refused. Haven't tried to buy anything from them since.

I didn't mean to insinuate they were in their house, just a non-business zoning apparently.
Just type in their address (don't remember now: 300 Bull Dr or something to that effect) to FedEx shipping calculator and it comes up residence/non-commercial.
I just purchased a Thunderheader through them, kinda had mixed results. It was taking a while to ship (about 10 days) so I called them and they told me they were waiting on the pipes to come in from California!!?? So my first question was, why are you postin items on ebay that aren't in your possesion?
Well, didn't get too far on the phone, but the pipes did arrive a few days later and they were perfect. So alls well that ends well I guess.
They're ok to do biz with, (good prices, but slooooow shipping)however don't ever try to return anything if it's not in the original shipping container. You're better off trying to sell it yourself rather than return it to them.
Jay, I've had a good exp. with Eastern too but they don't carry the one part I want. Thunderheaders. If they did, I probably would have gone with them in a heartbeat.
On ACM, they never did return my call but I sent them an email via ebay and they answer pretty quickly although they didn't answer any of the small handful of questions I emailed them with. It's been 4 days...I won't count today because it's sunday. Very mixed feelings about ordering from them.

Reason: fix typo
I had those pipes on my bike. I didn't find them to be all that, so I canned em'. IMO, they look good blacked out on the bikes here, but I really don't like the chrome ones or on the WG. Especially mine.
Have you seen a picture with the thunderheader on a WG?
Yeah I have seen them on WG. I do want a 2-1 pipe but I'm not really into the d&d fatcat. Maybe if I saw/heard one in person it would be different. They do sometimes look out of place on bikes, but I really want to try them out. I do appreciate your opinion though, thanks. I've seen/heard TH in person before I knew what they were. I was impressed.
PS...what is up with that new graphic attaching to every post???

No worries at all. There is something weird going on with their address. The one and only time I went there we punched the address into the nav system and it took us three or four mile past the place and told us we had reached our destination. Only thing there was an old folks home, lol. The only thing I ever bought from them was levers and mirrors. I'm going to give Eastern a shot when I buy the shocks for the rear since they too are only a little bit down the road from me.
