I've been critical of them in the past as there have been numerous complaints on here about them. Well I took the chance and bought from them on Ebay. The price was great, the item was in perfect shape and as described and the packaging was very secure. The shipping was just standard 7-10 day ground, but it was free so no deduction there.
I just wanted to post that I had a POSITIVE transaction with them since I've jumped on the "don't do business with them" band wagon in the past/
I really can't complain about my one and only experience with them either. However, I still did at first because they sold me one seat on ebay and then told me it was out of stock and offered to replace with another. They still made it right but it's still sticks in my craw a little to sell something on an auction site that you, yourself, don't even have and can deliver. But at least I didn't get totally screwed. Eastern Performance is still my first option though for online bike accessories purchases. Prices are right, shipping is free and usually goes out same or next day and they are a sponsor here.
I got my cycle shack slip ons from them a few months back and like Bishop everything went smooth.
I did email them first to see if the one's that I wanted were in stock first before I bought them and they responded pretty quickly to let me know that they did.
I for one would buy from them again and maybe doing so soon to upgrade the cycle shacks to either rush or some V&H's.
I have bin to there store!(I live close)It's notin to jump up&down about. They have some stuff there but not alot, like most place's they get what they need from a big storehouse thats what takes the extra time.
Yeah, I've bought two items from them and they were slow to ship both times. They were nice enough when I complained about it and shipped the next day. gotta give them a little credit, they do sell stuff cheap.
I emailed them a question about a seat and got back a smart azz 3 word reply.
After one more try, they still refused to answer the question. They'll never get any of my money.

Yeah, that's the kind of problem alot of members have had. I just thought I'd give them a shot and I did. Was a good experience and will probably use them again.
