Fat Bob With Street Bob Handlebars?

Fat Bob With Street Bob Handlebars?
I have narrowed my bike purchase between a Fat Bob or Street Bob. I am, as many, inseam challenged, and cannot place my feet completely flat on the ground on the FB, but I can on the SB. Also, I love the drag handlebars on the FB, but it is a slight reach, where the mini-ape handlebars on the SB are very comfortable. So, do you think I can buy the FB, but have the dealer put SB handlebars on the FB, and maybe add the "reach" seat to the FB to make it possible for my feet to set flat on the ground? I unfortunately weigh 350 lbs, so I don't want to add a lowering kit. I just love the design and look of the FB, but comfort, I'm learning from reading many posts, is most important. I will not be riding cross-country, but could ride all day.

sure enough. there are many styles of handlebars and seats out there to make the bike fit you like a glove... the fatbob with a t- style drag bar with more pullback(brings the bars closer to rider) is also a really nice option.
If style is important... the t-bar with an aftermarket seat that sits you lower would look the best in keeping the lines of a fatbob.
