Dan:

I like the color ... having spent a little time in the old Army olive drab (OD) fatigues and now being assigned to a US Navy warship, I dig the flat military-look color motif. The first time I saw a photo of your bike it almost looked like haze grey.

I've thought of maybe going with a military style paint scheme on my bike .... Probably not, but still toy with the idea.

I really dig the old flathead WL bikes and other WW II vintage war bikes.

Dan

I suppose you considered a "Sparto" taillight (like on the new '09 Street Bob)? I know a lot of guys on the forum really didn't like it--personally, I don't know why, it's an old school bobber/chopper classic.

Guess it doesn't solve the issue of what to do with turn signals unless you were to put 'em back on the fender struts.

Yeah I did consider a sparto and its still not out of the question. I just relocated the sigs to the bottom of the rear axle covers. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.

new pics. I just made a license plate bracket, but I think this rear fender is just screamin for a sparto.
