Problem with foward control brake binding
I have an 07 street bob with h.d. Foward controls and live in south florida and have been having a problem with the brake pedal binding on hotter days. A bit of a inconvenience if you know what i mean. I have already disassembled and cleaned the bushing with no results. Any have any suggestions?

Mine did this out of the box, we actually took a cylinder hone and worked the bushing until it worked correctly.
It was not the entire bushing on mine, I could tell when assembling it got tight at a certian spot. seemed like the powder or paint got under a portion of the bushing.
Just a thought.
