Default Head Work

Hey gents,
What kind of work can be done to stock heads to accommodate a 103 build with 255 cams. Basically im looking for ideas to tell the local indy what i would like to have done. All input and ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance.

If your local indy is doin the headwork, & he's worth a sh**, he should know exactly the extent of headwork you need for where you want your power & where you want your power has everything to do with the amount of porting & valve size. Are you stuck on those 255's? If not, building a set of heads around a set of woods tw6-6 or 7's would be a kick a$$ build! Depending on where you want your power?

What Chad said! I've talked to alot of builders lately, and everyone of them can put a kit together just by asking questions about location, riding style, and what you want. If your indy can't do that, you might want to talk to a reputable builder and get a kit from them. Then have your indy install it.
