Nope, does the same bull$hit.

Take the link and copy it into notepad. Pull out the leading http statement up to the ?"=url", then in the remaining link replace the "%3A" with a ":", and all the "%2F", with the "/". Copy it back into the address bar on your browser.

It worked for me. I just copied the link above, and then pasted it to the address window in explorer. Then click, and pronto...

Sorry about the link problems. I've tested other links and they work fine but for some unknown reason, trying to paste THAT link is impossible. Seeing as other people have tried also and gotten the same result makes me wonder.
